On the several occasions I passed through KLIA last month, there was always a queue for the BMWs. I was told they need to be recharged quite frequently and as a result there are rarely more than 4 in service at any given time, and frequently fewer.

Not a problem though, I walked a few steps further, leaving those who really wanted the BMW experience in the waiting room, and hopped on the premium bus which had large, comfy, and not too many seats. There always seemed to be one waiting, and on only one occasion was there another passenger already on board. Mostly I got on and the bus set off - now that's a premium experience!
