When a vehicle is parked in Ultimate Choice the lot attendant is supposed to register it in the inventory tracking system. The agent at the exit booth is supposed to check the vehicle against the renter’s status and ensure they haven’t self-upgraded into an ineligible vehicle. Most likely, someone in this situation wouldn’t be allowed to exit the lot.
