It would indeed be unfortunate if you were trying to combine cash with points in a single reservation and you weren't allowed to GoH the lot.
Yes, it was to use FNAs, but the option comes first. You can't even choose it (or I couldn't) to use points or points and cash until you deselect the GoH button.
