I haven't checked the miles on your itinerary yet, but you can almost always get to at least mid-tier status on RTWs from zero, and sometimes get all the way to top / OW Emerald level if played smartly (meaning planning entirely inside one elite year). We'll also need to know what airline each segment is on, that also makes a significant difference. Most likely candidates for status are AA, AS, QR, and BA.
