I called LH F customer service twice these recent days, sent 4 emails to M&M team and sent an email to HON LH team...
So far, no one is able to do anything about my upgrade request for a MEX - FRA I booked in J
Despite explaining them I'm a frequent F pax (2 F trips done in 2024 and 3 upcoming already booked) and being HON, everyone's feedback is : we understand but this is our system, we can't do anything about it.
I am pretty upset as I would have not booked this specific flight if I knew there were few chances to get the upgrade validated as I could have taken a direct flight from MEX to CDG in J which would have saved me 1 leg.
In addition, I am sure that LH/M&M won't accelerate the process as they know that the evouchers will expire in 24 hrs
And to conclude, there's not point of giving HON members vouchers that can't be used or only at the last moment when they know that the seats have not been sold... Impossible to plan anything with this approach

I'll definitely change my travel patterns with LH if there's no positive outcome
