This is one unusual property. Overall building looks good and has potential but there are rough spots due to lack of maintenance all around.

for example during a 1 night stay:
gurgling sink.
clogged toilet.
no trash can in bathroom
non working shower gel dispenser. Two wall mounted bottles of shampoo but no conditioner.
no desk outlet (easily remedied with a lamp with outlet)
restaurant toilet missing a manual flush valve; automatic works. Same toilet with fecal stains
no hand soap in restaurant restroom (not just an empty bottle; no bottle at all).
Random ethernet cable hanging from ceiling
Numerous missing ceiling panels in Ponte Vecchio
Wall sections with missing wallpaper

all of these can be resolved thru maintenance.
