I would not trust that products in public washrooms are exactly the same as what is for sale, either produced differently, or mixed with other things on site to save money.
I have noticed this too. The products are likely watered down in the lounges and on board.

Of course, not on QR, where the Dyptique in the facilities in the lounge and on boards are as thick and luxuriant as you’d get in their Champs-Élysées shop.
