I figured it out... had to uninstall and install a new version from the Play Store. New because icon has changed... app looks exactly the same. Why they couldn't update the app or put in a notification to download a new app I don't understand. Frustrating as I had 3 flights this week... but finally it works for my weekend flight.

Instead they had this misleading message displayed on the app....
