This is a hotel in the Clark Freeport Zone. Does anyone have any ideas on the most efficient ways of getting up to the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort when starting from Manila?

It is the only "Resort" in the Philippines that is eligible for the $200 semiannual Hilton Aspire AmEx card resort credit.
