Still is, this is my favourite LHR lounge. The other thing that doesn’t come across in the photos is the service / staffing levels (and how nice the staff are). I checked in 65 minutes before QR4 earlier this week and still had time to quickly eat two courses a la carte before boarding. Even in the CCR that would be a struggle.
