Hi,

On one ticket , yes.

But with separate tickets ,highly unlikely. You would need to get your bags about 30mins after landing with no wait for the HEX/Liz line to T5 ( or tube but you would need to check on arrival which service would be first) then a mad dash from the platform to the check in area. I would be worrying the whole flight
For short haul bag check in closes at 45 mins before flight so 1900
