Wow. Just wow….

We just walked in and eventually out of the CLT Admirals Club. It was never my favorite club but due to its size it was a fairly nice respite from the crowds. It was an absolute zoo. I am not exaggerating to say I have never seen a lounge environment that bad in my decades of flying. AA should be embarrassed.
