YES! I can see 2 FCC in my account wallet, but when I click the "book with credits" bottom, It popup "this ticket cannot be changed or refunded. if you cancel your flight, the cost of this ticket cannot be credited towards your orginal payment method or as a travel credit"

There may be a delay in crediting the refund. That's normal. However, you should look up your original flight ticket and see if it's still in the system.
I would contact United Customer Service again and provide them with the information you got from the first 2 representatives you talked to. Since you already have other travel plans in mind, it may be easier and cheaper to make a change to the prior reservation rather than cancelling it for a refund (or no-refund!). You can even change origin and destination!
The 3rd representative transfer to supervisor, and the supervisor just said sorry... but you have to go to fill a form for a refund. I think he just wanted to kick me out and didn't want to be responsible.
