I will be arriving into T3 on VS at 18:10 (in J) and the last flight up to NCL is at 19:45... I will be on separate tickets with a snowboard bag which will mean clearing immigration, collecting bag, HEX/Underground to T5 and bag drop at T5 before trying to make it through security and to the gate.

I know 95 mins is pushing it but having never done it landside before, is this scenario possible if all the stars align? £50 loss is not the end of the world if I do end up missing it but seems a waste if it is has a 10% chance of success?
