Following up on this, they extended benefits (breakfast/lunch at Chinola, butler service, club access) to all 3 rooms we had booked. We hadn't bothered using GOH since we weren't sure it would matter, though in hindsight benefits were quite nice. No upgrades available as the resort was packed. Overall great experience, we hadn't considered all inclusive much but really enjoyed. Food quality really beat expectations, with a lot of fresh fruit and great a la carte dinner in particular.
