I understand that escort all the way to FCT would be impractical to offer as it would entail the intern walk all the way out of secure area, and then unlike the pax they have to walk back to the main terminal to resume their duties, but if pax requests another option than "default", whether it's the other FCL or FCT, or the train station if on a long enough layover to go to Frankfurt or Mainz instead... they absolutely need to be trained to accommodate it
