You can apply for a 60 day visa (not the eVOA, a regular visa) or you can renew your VOA for another 30 days. I've never done either and I understand the process for renewing the VOA is time consuming and requires at least two visits to the renewal place. Remember the 30 day visa counts both arrival and departure days as a day, even if you arrive at 11:50 pm
There is also a new Bali visa, in addition to the Indonesia visa, but I haven't been to Bali since it was instituted. I think it's on the order of $10. I don't know whether it's collected with the VOA. It's supposed to apply everytime you enter Bali, but again I don't know.
