You should only refer to OW website for your status benefits in general when flying on a OW airline, and if you are flying on the airline you have status with, check the FFP's webpage for the benefits because there might be additional benefits in that case, otherwise only standard OW status benefits.
Actually you need to look at the website of the airline you are flying.
Case in point AA offers a free checked bag for Ruby and two for Sapphire.
AA also offers Main Cabin Extra (MCE) seating for Sapphire and above for FF members of BA, IB and QR only (AA and AS included). And at T24 for Ruby. A significant benefit.
Ruby is included in Group 4 boarding on AA also.
This is on top of the published one world benefits.
