Question About using same email account for family MP Accounts
I just created a new MileagePlus account for a family member on the phone with the MP Service Desk. I used the same email address as that which I use for my own account. Confirmation emails are not coming into that email address, yet when I offered a different email address they came through just fine. There are no issues with my main email. I was assured by multiple agents that using the same email for both accounts should not cause a problem.
Any advice or suggestions?
