Recently took a Euroflyer 'bucket and spade ' flight from LGW to LPA. First lounge pleasant but very busy. (Was asked 2x, if I could 'guest' a stranger in??!!! This got a bit annoying ) Flight was abysmal. Wrong menu cards handed-out. After lunch, the meal-trays in the first 2 rows were cleared...while others had to sit with their finished meals for 30 mins, before they were cleared. Crew had the curtain-drawn and were in full chat mode. Crew-call buttons were not answered. Scariest landing, when FULL brakes were applied suddenly; everybody lurched-forwards, a few screamed.... this braking happened twice. (I guess the pilots were trying to make a particular runway exit.)
