I hope no-one will mind my resurrecting this thread. I and a friend will be arriving at PRG with enough luggage to make public transport (a bus followed by a tram) a little difficult. What would people recommend?

I would go with a car organized by the hotel. I've used Uber in Prague (friend about 7 months post-horribly broken leg), but never to/from the airport. The car organized by the hotel is probably the easiest.
