Looking at MMB it says there's a lounge at MAN T3
The lounge is located after Security. Turn left, follow signage for T3 Departure Lounge, then the BA Terraces Lounge is at the bottom of staircase, next to the lift.
Turn left, bottom of the stairs sounds like where the old BMI lounge used to be.
