Try reaching out to one of the Lurkers... or if you've got the technical capability, auto-forward them over to the Lurkers. We did this one time at my office with an out-of-state tax department which robo-dialed. Only problem: One of our clients had TWO shopping malls which were delinquent. Each store had its own STRAP#, thus generated its own phone call. When the state would robo-dial, it'd tie up our entire office PBX for a good hour each time. Requests to stop were ignored, so we auto-routed those calls to their receptionist. Problem was solved in just one round.
