I have stayed in both IC Pudong and Regent Pudong and I can say that in terms of CP value, IC Pudong is so much more worth it.
No doubt, regent Pudong offers a better hardware, but for the price I paid, I rather stay in IC. Furthermore, IC Pudong often allows points redemption which is of good value. Lastly, because I am ambassador, I have guarantee 4pm late check out. This increases the value of my stay.
