Hello All, to update ,Yes I also believe it it is UA problem, because I also heard people using Ana successfully upgrade the EVA B class in another facebook forum . I contatced UA but they want me to contct back EVA ,they said it is EVA problem ,I screenshot all the info and told them B class is supposed to be upgradable ,and but when I request the upgrade ,the error pops up . I want them to fix the bug .... but they seems to use chat gpt or robot to anser my email ..... so I gave up in the end
