If it is the Kanda near Makuhari the Prince hotel is about $50 a night including brealfast. Bring your COSTCO card for cheap eats (Costco is a short walk/100 yen bus ride)..

Be careful as it may be the Kanda in Kanda, Tokyo (about an hour away) but part of the same organization.

If you are on a budget take the train. There used to be a Limo bus that goes to Makuhari,
