BA Holidays has had an interesting history in the past and was brought "in house" during the 2000's so this is another chapter in its development. I'm wondering what will be happening to the contact centre staff who will be affected by any possible changes over time.

There are definitely some valid points made above and I agree that Claire Bentley is an excellent MD for BAH. My gut feeling is that the Double Tier Points will disappear at some time.
