Any way to find complete fare rule (ticketed itin) when My Itineraries isn't working?

I'm trying to find the fare rules for my specific (ticketed) itinerary. Is there a way -- on united.com or elsewhere -- to find the complete fare rules for a flight? My Itineraries and its subsidiary pages aren't working.

I pull up the trip in My Itineraries, but when I click on the Fare Rule, I get an error, or a statement that the rules cannot be found at this time.

-- I just tried it again, and I can't even get into My Itineraries...

Anyway...

I tried looking it up on the Travelocity "Request Fare Information" and its Expedia equivalent, but those sites only provide fare rules for fares that are currently available for sale. The fare I want to look up is no longer for sale.

I'm specifically trying to look up the fare rules for two flights:

Jan 19, ORD to BWI, fare basis TE7SA1N
Jan 22, IAD to ORD, fare basis SAONDQXI

Reason: My plans in DC have changed slightly, and flying standby to/from DCA rather than BWI or IAD would be much more convenient. But I am not sure if the fare basis will allow for it.

Any ideas on how to find the full rules for these fares? Thanks in advance...
