If it doesn't succeed they will do something.
I don’t think card spending will be way down - remember, they refreshed the card and added new benefits that may attract new customers (with potentially different spend profiles). And even if you are somewhat right, I actually hope they don’t do anything - if high spending elites, MM, etc actually are less engaged with Delta due to some of this stuff, it leaves more upgrades for the rest of us
