Dear Marriott Lurkers,

I hope one of you can guide or help me out.

The 2024 Q1 Global Promotion (Earn 1,000 Bonus Marriott Bonvoy® Points + 1 Bonus Elite Night Credit on each eligible Paid Night, starting on your first night) is not showing up on my App and when i went to the website to register, it says that I am not eligible.

I am a Platinum Elite and have registered for this promotion the last 2 years successfully via the Bonvoy app.

I called customer service and they said they helped me enrol 'back-end' and sent me a mail to confirm. However, I still don't see that I have registered for this promo in my App.

Will Bonvoy honor my 1+1 night for my stays until 29th April?

I hope someone can help me out...especially Marriott Lurkers
