As some have said, depends on the franchise owner and sometimes the age of the Fairfield. But 2 modern international Fairfield's are;
-San Jose CR, near SJO airport with free shuttle & fabulous free breakfast + with great bilingual staff. The nearby sister Courtyard has the pool which is shared.
-Shanghai & Beijing Fairfield's are new, with fabulous Chinese & western breakfast. Room service via robots, weird room architecture. Culture issues, but its Asia.
