This is what the online chat person told me -
I've checked the details here, and we previously received reports from cardmembers that the BA tier points are not showing on their British Airways Executive Club account.
The issue started on February.
Therefore, it seems the points you are seeing are the one's that was issued to you on January.
Our team is aware of this and they are working on a technical fix.
Tier Points will then be added to the account once the fix has been implemented.
I will also send a report so that our team will be aware that your account is affected.
In summary, hurry up and wait.
