On a typical Sunday it will take you anywhere between an hour to an hour & a half to get to the airport from Marine Drive.

I would leave at 5:30pm for a 9pm flight. You would reach the airport between 6:30-7pm, take about half an hour for airport entry, check-in, immigration, security & to get to the lounge, so you would end up spending about 45 minutes to an hour in the lounge before you had to board.
