I'm looking at booking either MDT-DFW or PHL-DFW for a morning flight in F. Both flights are long enough for meal service, but the MDT flight lists "Continental Breakfast" while the PHL flight lists "Breakfast" as the meal. I have a wild guess that the option out of MDT isn't going to be a hot meal but does anyone know what exactly "Continental Breakfast" looks like these days? The MDT flight is on an A320, which has ovens, so not sure why the discrepancy.
