Once we have the details I can get those escalated to the correct team for review and then either get them fixed, or understand why they happen and how to avoid them.
Two screenshots are attached. One with providing a B-class ticket number and coming back with an error "your paid booking class is not eligible for upgrades". Another screenshot coming back with "The traveler has the same name as an existing traveler on the same flight', when no ticket number was entered.
I used BR008 on July 9th as an example. According to ExpertFlyer, the J section of that flight is wide open.
