Can anyone who experienced errors with using the SAUA portal please post screenshots if available, or descriptions of the error, and what you entered into the portal that triggered the error. I'm trying to compile a list of common, repeating issues that many forum members have been experiencing, including the 'same name' error, the 'fare class not eligible' error, and I think that was at least one other. Once we have the details I can get those escalated to the correct team for review and then either get them fixed, or understand why they happen and how to avoid them.
