Called Chase 3 separate times (once in Feb, twice in March) and no retention offers each time. And each time, the rep then goes on 3-5 minute long speech about CSR benefits that is useless to the conversation.
Decided to use my $300 travel credits and PC to CSP. Got $550 annual fee refunded backdated 3/1.
