You should be able to enter your passport details under "Manage my booking" (or something like that) on ANA website.
That is the issue - I cannot do that. At the top of the Manage Booking there is the note that says Please register required information. I click on the Passenger Passport Information>Please register “Edit” and an orange pop up appears “please contact ANA (w_SO2 ….etc) Confirm.
