I'm not sure which ANA website you use, but I've done it many times for myself and for other members of my family. Just enter your reservation number and name to pull up the reservation (you don't need to log in to your ANA account). Once the reservation is up on the screen, select the "Passenger" tab (there're 3 tabs: "Flights", "Passenger", "Service"). Enter your passport and other personal details (email contact, etc.) there. I just tried it with a reservation I made for my kid, and it worked the way I described.
