I'm Sapphire through JAL and had an issue at DFW getting into the Flagship Lounge in the past where the agent was unfamiliar with both the rules and a non-Japanese JAL elite member, and there was a little arguing before I was allowed in, so want to make sure we won't have any problems especially if we arrive at the airport early to enjoy the lounge before departure.
