AA serves Piper-Heidsieck in all FL's. Wine is typically decent mid-range stuff, 2-3 choices of both white and red, and much better than what you'll usually find onboard AA in business class. Similarly there is a pretty good selection of mid to higher end liquor. Everything is self serve, pour and mix your own.

Visited LAX FL on Monday around 12pm. Check-in was mayhem with lots of folks turned away. Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut was still on offer both at the popup opposite the help desk and the self-serve area by the buffet. Reasonably robust food options (the pork was pretty good) and the liquor offerings were well above par for a US based lounge. The onboard meal/beverage options were completely low rent compared to what was offered in the lounge.
