FWIW: It's odd there appears to be only one story on this (actually https://displaydaily.com/icelandair-...oled-displays/ – and yes, 'Quantus' LOL), with the handful of others sighted seeming to base their story on the first yarn), and no press release has been released by from Panasonic Avionics or Qantas – and yet most of the language in that first story reads like slabs of a press release (not uncommon for trade pubs)

A quick Google search for "panasonic avionics qantas a330" turns up the first result as https://www.panasonic.aero/blog-post...g-haul-flights, yet that post itself doesn't appear on the Panasonic Avionics website.

So I suspect it actually went live, a tech blog picked it up, but perhaps Panasonic Avionics pulled it down because it was premature (or maybe they were waiting for Qantas to make a similar announcement and wanted to sync the timing).

We know there's a new economy seat coming in the A330 refit, so you'd expect this screen would be part of that, but one wonders if the screen in the A330 business class seats will also be replaced, and we'll then also see mod cons like Bluetooth audio streaming from tip to tail...
