Hi, I just changed from the personal platinum to the business platinum. I can't seem to get a straight answer on how to get the points rebated if Southwest is my preferred airline. The way I am understanding this is I have to call Amex travel to book the flight with points and then, I get 35 percent back. However, when I call no one seems to be abel to confirm this is correct. One person said to book it online and then call and another said that I could book Southwest tickets through the Amex travel portal which is wrong. Anyne have any experiences with this? Thanks
