There's a flight to Tromso, with a 50 minute connection in HEL, coming from FCO.

I'm a U.S. passport holder, and would have one checked bag. Unless the HEL airport is much more smaller and compact than I'm thinking, I'd also need to use wheelchair assistance at HEL.

Is the 50 minute connection feasible under these circumstances? I'm not certain if I'd need to go through customs FCO to HEL, or HEL to TOS, and/or if my bag would go automatically. But even without those steps, I'm a bit wary of 50 minutes.
