Has anyone had the baggage issue recently and successfully resolved it? I've called AA twice, been transferred talked to a bunch of people and either they say everything is fine, or they say your OW baggage allowance will apply. Going to try twitter/chat next.
One thing I realized to cross check baggage is to log in to the QR PNR and email it to yourself. The QR Page may say Business 2 bags but the email says No Baggage Allowance.
