Hi there. Trying to help a friend here as a last resort. I'm a seasoned flyer, he's not. That said...

He bought a GSP-CLE r/t on CO for $263 (travel date: 2/18-2/21).
(Fare class: U)

There is now an X fare available for $143 r/t, same flights, same dates.

Is there any way he can convince CO to give him the fare difference? He's got more travel on CO in the future, so a credit toward future travel would work.

I know it probably isn't possible...but I also know if there *IS* a way to do it, one of y'all will know.
