I'll go ahead and answer my question. Looks like they do the typical one category room upgrade and paid upgrade further. YMMV I guess. Also tried asking for the F&B option twice in a email - regarding half and full board pricing and what is included as food seems to be one the bigger expenses. Trying to see if the math worked out to get the packages vs paying per item
