I've messaged their customer support repeatedly to allow award search for non direct routes but always get arrogant responses, even as a Pro member. It is an extreme nuisance if you're in an 'emerging' hub like AUS or BER and have to perform multiple different searches. What am I paying for.

Sorry for the issues assuming this is about Seats.aero; we’ve considered adding real-time searches and it’s not impossible (at least for our Search feature). Ultimately though, running a search between connecting airports involves the airline assembling multiple award segments together, potentially in unfavorable ways (i.e. mixed cabin). Many of our users enjoy the flexibility of searching from USA to LHR, or AUS to EUR, and assembling the trip themselves on their preferred airlines.
Definitely a valid thing to say we are missing though.
