In this occasion, I have not received any mail and learnt about the promo @ FT, but when I tried to make a booking, it showed the normal amount of miles.
For what dates? Summer peak isn't in the sale: "Podrás emitir billetes con descuento en cualquier cabina de IBERIA para volar del 1 de Abril al 30 de Junio y del 1 de Septiembre al 19 de Diciembre de 2024."
I also didn't get an email, but I did have a landing page on the IB website telling me about the Avios sale. Though a quick Google search suggests some people are reporting the sale doesn't seem to apply to them, too.
