I have to do some work trips but am required to book travel through some platform, an OTA but not a public-facing one. It looks like it will let me choose my flights, so I can ensure I am on AC metal, and I can see my booking class and fare basis code prior to booking (but not of course fare brand). I can also see the fare rules. Is anyone in a situation like this?

If I do a dummy search for a typical TATL trip, I can see options like this:

Outbound: Class K, fare basis code KWLNCT5
Inbound: Class L, fare basis code LKXNCF5

or

Outbound: Class V, fare basis code OVLWAXNC1
Inbound: Class V, fare basis code VLWAXNC1

What's the best way to use this kind of info? At the very least, I want to avoid being in a situation where I don't get SQD from one of these flights, but SQM, priority for upgrade, etc. also matters. As I said I can see the fare rules too, but I'm not sure if they help.
